Hi Again!
Its been a while, a dizzying several months. I
i'll try and reestablish the habit. I miss it so - I
will simply MAKE the time to write.
So, what's been happening??..
School, skool, skool.. deliver me from the
mindless games of bored children and useless
facts that blur the brain.. My project strategy
(university classes) this term can be best described as..
avoidance.. thinking I could catch up on
Christmas break.. pplleeaassee.. what a FOOL.
I am now behind the 8-ball and must cut out
chatting till I catch up. *gagging sound*
learn piano and wants ME to teach her.. I try,
honestly, but I burst out laughing as she
knuckles the keys and am reduced to a heap
as she pushes on with self defeating eagerness...
that I will make a "coming out" like she did so
many many years ago.. I'm talking debutantes..
hoop skirts and all! (How ghastly, how embarrassing!)
Kim, Bili and I go to this years preview.. a dress
rehearsal, to gawk and stare at these geeks and
geekettes. This we did but we also found surprisingly
friendly, smart girls made to look ridiculous by a
custom that deserves to be forgotten.. like.. I don't know..
like say, slavery??!!
